Healing modalities

  • Holistic (wholeness) Practices

The main focus in Holistic health is to care for the person as a whole. By providing your mental, physical, social, and spiritual needs with certain modalities healing can be reached. There is a wide range of Holistic practices that encourage healing such as meditation, frequency healing, breathwork, and yoga.

  • Quantum Healing

Quantum healing is the utilization of quantum physics to bring about health and wellbeing. Absolutely everything in life can correlate with the quantum realm because it has to do with frequency and energy, which is basically everything in existence. From our thoughts, our beliefs, our subconscious mind, and even our attitude towards certain things. To learn how to change our perspective of distorted meanings and distractions to gain consciousness and true healing. Similar to the Hawaiian traditional na’au (gut) feeling, Quantum healing encourages you to follow your TRUE inner voice to instill self-healing, self-regulation, and discernment. Practices such as meditation and nature immersion can be used.

  • Embodiment and tool integration

First and foremost, ourselves, our physical body, is the absolute greatest tool we “have in our shed”. Anything that is utilized by the body becomes an extension of ourselves. Embodiment tool integration is the act of “becoming one” with the tools that are being used. Any tool, vehicle, machinery, etc. can become an extension of our intentional being to help fulfill our purpose. By integrating tool embodiment within your practices, you will be able to flow naturally, usually with ease, and have a better understanding of how things “work”.

  • Meditation

Meditation is the practice of slowing down the mind, redirecting thoughts/intention, gaining calmness in the present, and achieving mindfulness and awareness where it is needed. Ways to incorporate this method is by focusing on your breath or another area of your body and/or getting in tune with your senses, such as sound, touch, and smell. By bringing awareness to the unaware we are able to seek what areas in our life need releasing and healing.

  • Frequency Healing

Frequency healing is a therapy that utilizes different sound waves and vibration to alter brainwave patterns to relax the mind and the body. By doing so we can promote overall healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

  • Breathwork

Breathwork is the practice of utilizing one’s own breath and anatomy system to bring relaxation, stabilization to the nervous system, create more flow, focus, alignment, and adaptability of the body as a whole.

  • Physical Therapy Techniques

Physical therapy is a therapeutic practice to improve the quality of life by helping individuals ease chronic or acute body and muscle pain, improve physical mobility functions, and gain injury rehab and prevention awareness.

  • Hydrotherapy and Aquatic Techniques

Hydrotherapy is the broad utilization of water to treat dis-ease. It can also bring rest and relaxation to support your health and wellness. For example, in a “spa like” setting where water brings calmness and serenity enabling the body to align and regain balance to naturally get rid of dis-ease. Aquatic Therapy is similar in the sense of physical therapy because physical exercises are implemented for injury recovery and rehabilitation, although submersion of water is utilized. For example, doing leg exercises in the pool to implement resistance further strengthening your balance, strength, and coordination to ensure injury rehab or prevention.

  • Nature Immersion

Nature Immersion is the act of immersing oneself in nature to gain relaxation, balance, clarity, and a better sense of perspective in everyday life. This can help individuals ease their depression, anxiety, and/or sense of loneliness by increasing their connectedness with nature.

  • Lāʻau Lapaʻau (Hawaiian Plant Medicine)

Lāʻau lapaʻau is the traditional Hawaiian practice that utilizes plants, herbs, and other natural resources from the environment to heal, restore, and revitalize the human body spiritually, physically, and mentally.

  • Hoʻoponopono

Hoʻoponopono is to make right and restore balance with each other and God/Source/Ke Akua/ The Universe/Etc. It is normally a family matter, but it could extend to those involved and non relatives for adequate healing and growth.

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine

The main focus of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is to restore one’s qi and bring about balance (yin-yang). Similar to Hawaiian plant medicine, Lāʻau lapaʻau, TCM utilizes plants, herbs, and other practices to heal and prevent dis-ease.

  • Nutritional Education Integration

Nutritional education integration is the teaching of nutrition facts, tips, and remedies to gain health and wholeness. Most dis-ease is caused by a gut issue. Our gut acts as a second brain because of our enteric nervous system. This gut brain connection has the capabilities of functioning on its own which helps alert us if any of our internal organs are not functioning properly. By integrating that knowledge in everyday life, dis-ease prevention and/or management can be achieved.

  • Functional Mushroom Integration

Functional mushroom integration is the daily utilization of “superfood” mushrooms to boost, improve, heal, and stabilize the body in numerous different ways. Each mushroom has its own characteristics and benefits. Ranging from neural brain function to respiratory, skin, hair, and so much more!

  • CBD Integration

Cannabidiol (CBD) is derived from the hemp plant and is utilized for a wide range of health issues such as epilepsy, inflammation, anxiety, anorexia, insomnia, chronic pain, and depression. Everyone has an endocannabinoid system within them and CBD works by affecting those receptors which helps regulate our mood, pain, and behavior.

  • Free Will and Divine Realization Integration

Free will is the act of realizing that YOU are in charge of your life, and you are in control of what decisions are best for you. When you can realize how divine you are, no one can control you.

  • Distortion Awareness

Distortion awareness is the realization and acceptance of where you are in life. By facing the toxic behaviors and perspectives that are being projected, you will be able to truly heal and grow. This can also be looked at as “shadow work”.

  • Human Design Integration

Human Design is a holistic technique that helps you understand your true essence, encourages your life’s purpose, and shows us how to live in harmony and accordance with the world around us and within us. There are five energy types that divide our individual personalities. They are Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors.
